Beautiful, went for a trip to New Brunswick last week and found the light house. Very calming worth the view and little detour out of town. Talked to locals and they said at low tide you can walk down the cliff and walk onto the island infront of the lighthouse. CAUTION My dad, brother and I went down the cliff and walked onto the island at low tide. Worth it but comes with caution and risks. DO NOT TAKE LITTLE KIDS down. It is very rocky and slippery, we went down at low tide walked around the island for about an hour and didn't realize how fast the tide comes in. The water was already above the rocks we took across to the island and had to cross through very strong currents.

Amazing place. We parked there in our RV for the night on Saturday night. The sunrise the next morning was spectacular! A very peaceful peaceful place to spend a Sunday morning...

Originally built in 1835 this relic sits atop Thrum Cap and is yet another prime example of New Brunswick's magnificent lighthouses.

Amazing tides and views. The Lighthouse is quaint but dose and impressive jobe of not leting ships run aground! Bring your camera!
